I draw my bow of rainbows, across the waters.
The continuum of minds with matters.
I am the incoming and outgoing of breath.
The invisible, untouchable breeze,
The undefinable atom of creation.

Spirit, Superconscious, please locate the origin of my feelings and thoughts of Fear.
Take each and every level, layer, area, and aspect of my being to this origin.
Analyze it, and resolve it perfectly, with God’s truth.

“Divine Creator, Father, Mother, Son, all in One. If I, my family, my relatives and ancestors, offend your family, relatives and ancestors, in thoughts, facts, or deeds, from the beginning of our creation to the present, We ask your forgiveness. Let this clear, purify, release and cut off all negative memories, blockages, energies and vibrations. Transmute these undesirable energies into pure light and so it is.

To clear my subconscious of all the emotional charge stored in it, I say over and over again during my day, the keywords of ho’oponopono: I’m sorry, forgive me, I love you, I’m grateful. I declare myself in peace with all the people of the earth and with whom I have outstanding debts. For this moment and in your time, for all that I do not like in my present life: I am sorry, forgive me, I love you, I am grateful. I release all those I believe to be receiving damage and mistreatment because they simply give me back what I did to them before, in some past life: I’m sorry, forgive me, I love you, I’m grateful.

Even though it is hard for me to forgive someone, it is me who asks that person for forgiveness now. For this moment, all the time, for everything I don’t like in my present life: I’m so sorry, forgive me, I love you, I’m grateful. For this sacred space that I live day by day and with which I am not comfortable: I am sorry, forgive me, I love you, I am grateful. For the difficult relationships to which I only keep bad memories: I’m sorry, forgive me, I love you, I’m grateful.

For all that I do not like in my present life, in my past life, in my work and what is around me, Divinity, cleans in me what is contributing to my scarcity: I’m sorry, forgive me, I love you. I love, I am grateful.

If my physical body experiences anxiety, worry, guilt, fear, sadness, pain, pronouncement and think, “My memories, I love you. I am grateful for the opportunity to free you and me. ” I’m sorry, forgive me, I love you, I’m grateful. Right now, I say I love you. I think of my emotional health and that of all my loved ones. I love you.

For my needs and to learn to wait without anxiety, without fear, I acknowledge my memories here at this moment: I am sorry, forgive me, I love you, I am grateful.

Beloved Mother Earth, who I am: if I, my family, my relatives and ancestors mistreat you with thoughts, words, facts and actions, from the beginning of our creation to the present, I ask your forgiveness. Let it clear and purify, release and cut off all negative memories, blockages, energies and vibrations. Transmute these undesirable energies into pure light and so it is.

In conclusion, I say that this prayer is my door, my contribution to your emotional health, which is the same as mine. So be well, and as you heal, I tell you that: I’m so sorry for the memories of pain I share with you. I apologize for joining my path to yours for healing, thank you for being here in me. I love you for being who you are. ”

Ho’oponopono Prayer

The Ho’oponono prayer was written by Morrnah Namalaku Simeona and helps in the process of cleaning up negative memories, traumas and bad memories of life. Ho’oponono is more than a prayer, it is a heavenly mantra that leads to self healing!

When we pray we are taking responsibility for the things that happen in our lives, we are loving ourselves, forgiving and thanking for all that God does for us and for the world. We are ridding our unconscious of bitter memories that hinder our happiness and peace of mind, bringing with it; liberation and healing.

Among its beautiful verses the mantra invites us to repeat the following sentence ten times: “I’m sorry. Forgive me. I love you. I’m grateful. ”

This is the key point of the Ho’oponono prayer, because when we say “I am sorry” we are taking responsibility for our actions and showing a willingness to change. When we say “Forgive Me” we are showing repentance, a feeling that leads to cleansing and deliverance. When we say “I love you” we are emanating positive, essential energy to unlock the “polluted” thoughts that were tied in the subconscious. Finally, when we say “I am grateful” we express our gratitude for the fact that we are already in the process of healing.

“Divine Creator, Father, Mother, Son, all in One.

If I, my family, my relatives and ancestors, offend your family, relatives and ancestors, in thoughts, facts or actions, from the beginning of our creation to the present, we ask for your forgiveness.

Let it cleanse, purify, release and cut out all negative memories, blockages, energies, and vibrations.

Transmute these undesirable energies into pure light and so it is.

To wipe my subconscious from any emotional charge

stored in it, I say over and over again, during my day, the key words of HO’OPONOPONO:

I’m sorry, I’m sorry, I love you, I’m grateful.

I declare myself in peace with all the people of the earth and with whom I have outstanding debts.

For this moment and in its time, for all that I do not like in my present life:

I’m sorry, I’m sorry, I love you, I’m grateful.

I release all those whom I believe to be receiving harm and ill-treatment, because they simply give me back what I have done to them before, in some past life:

I’m sorry, I’m sorry, I love you, I’m grateful.

Even though it’s hard for me to forgive someone, it’s me asking forgiveness of this person now. For this moment, in all the time, for all that I do not like in my present life:

I’m sorry, I’m sorry, I love you, I’m grateful.

For this sacred space that I live day by day and with which I do not feel comfortable:

I’m sorry, I’m sorry, I love you, I’m grateful.

For the difficult relationships to which I only keep bad memories:

I’m sorry, I’m sorry, I love you, I’m grateful.

For all that I do not like in my present life, in my past life, in my work and what is around me, Divinity, cleanse in me what is contributing to my scarcity:

I’m sorry, I’m sorry, I love you, I’m grateful.

If my physical body experiences anxiety, worry, guilt, fear, sadness, pain, I pronounce it and think: “My memories, I love you”.

I am grateful for the opportunity to free you and me.

I’m sorry, I’m sorry, I love you, I’m grateful.

At this moment, I affirm that I love you.

I think of my emotional health and that of all my loved ones. I love you.

For my needs and to learn to wait without anxiety, without fear, I recognize my memories here at this moment:

I’m sorry, I love you.

My contribution to the healing of the Earth:

Beloved Mother Earth, who I am: If I, my family, my relatives and ancestors mistreat you with thoughts, words, facts and actions, from the beginning of our creation to the present, I ask for your forgiveness.

Let it cleanse and purify, release and cut out all negative memories, blocks, energies, and vibrations.

Transmute these undesirable energies into pure light and so it is.

To conclude, I say that this prayer is my door, my contribution to your emotional health, which is the same as mine.

So be well and as you are healing, I tell you that:

I’m sorry for the memories of pain that I share with you.

I ask your forgiveness for joining my path to yours for healing, I thank you for being here in me.

I love you for being who you are. ”

The Ho’oponopono Full Prayer is a Hawaiian healing prayer that uses forgiveness and release to complete your karma and come into forgiveness. You can use this prayer when you’re having difficult relationships with anyone in your life, or if you want forgiveness from someone, or to forgive yourself and others.

How To Use The Ho’oponopono Prayer

Step one is to cleanse yourself by going to the Divine Creator, God or Creative Universe. Create a safe space to get into a prayerful state.  You may want to play some soft music, or light candles to create a peaceful space.

Take 3 slow deep breaths to clear your  mind as you say “Peace To My Mind, Let All By Thoughts Be Still”… x 3… Then say the prayer….

Divine Creator, father, mother, son as one…If I, my family, relatives, and ancestors have offended you, your family, relatives and ancestors in thoughts, words, deeds and actions from the beginning of our creation to the present, we ask your forgiveness…Let this cleanse, purify, re-lease , cut all the negative memories, blocks, energies and vibrations and transmute these unwanted energies to pure light….And it is done. I’m sorry, Please forgive me, thank you, I love you. True” [Repeat 3 times]

Now repeat the Ho’oponopono Full Prayer but this time naming the person you want to break your karma with like this. Note here, but asking forgiveness in the prayer, even if you feel you’re in the right, you’re dissolving the tension in the metaphysical space. You do not need to say this to the person. In fact it is best if you don’t.

Divine Creator, father, mother, son as one – Daniel [or name the person here ] If I, my family, relatives, and ancestors have offended you, your family, relatives and ancestors in thoughts, words, deeds and actions from the beginning of our creation to the present, we ask your forgiveness…Let this cleanse, purify, re-lease , cut all the negative memories, blocks, energies and vibrations and transmute these unwanted energies to pure light….And it is done. I’m sorry, Please forgive me, thank you, I love you. –  True” [Repeat 3 Times]

You want to repeat this prayer as your rise, and at night plus at anytime of the day when things get particularly difficult.

If you’re embroiled in extremely difficult relationships, a lawsuit with someone, difficult divorce, or even a stalker, you can supplement this pray by listening to this part of the prayer any time of the day.
